A doula is a trained professional who provides continuous physical, emotional and informational support to their client before, during and after childbirth to help them achieve the healthiest, most satisfying experience possible.

I offer both ante-natal and postnatal support online, such as birth planning, postpartum planning and birth debriefs.

I also offer in-person support in Phuket, Thailand, which can include presence during the birth and healing sessions during the fourth trimester and beyond, such as closing the bones ceremony, power soul retrieval and nurturing energy and sound healing.

• Two prenatal visits before 36 weeks to get to know each other and discuss your birth preferences and preparation
• A third prenatal visit if you go past your due date to discuss options or any concerns
• On call (24/7) availability from 38-42 weeks
• Phone and text support from the date of hire until 4 weeks post birth
• In-person support at hospital, home, or birth centre during established labour until your baby is born
• Two postnatal visits within the first 2 weeks after birth

PRENATAL SESSIONS

Planning for your birth AND your time postpartum are equally important. Whether this is your first, second, third (or more!) child, things are going to be different; they always are.

During a prenatal session we can chat about how you're feeling, what questions or concerns you have around the birth, make a birth plan and consider what additional support you might require after the birth.

These sessions are available either in person in Phuket, or online anywhere in the world (timezone permitting!)

In Phuket, I can also accompany you for a hospital visit to chat things through with your Dr and make sure your wishes are heard and acknowledged.

COST: 3000 Thai Baht (for up to 90 minutes)

POSTNATAL SESSIONS

Whether you're booking postnatal sessions in advance of the birth (a wise move!) or afterwards, I'd be happy to support you.

I struggled with finding support during my own postpartum journey, so I understand how you may be feeling.

There are significant changes (physically, mentally, emotional, hormonally, intimately, spiritually) that occur after you've given birth - whether for the first time, or subsequent time. It's always different.

I can offer support such as chatting through emotional issues such as your birth experience, relationship challenges, as well as physical issues such as feeding, sleep, finding additional support and so on.

COST: 4000 Thai Baht (for up to 2 hours)

HEALING SESSIONS

NURTURE YOURSELF AFTER BIRTH

Giving birth is a wonderful experience, and it can also require some time and space for healing.

You likely find that the focus is all on your baby, which is great.. and YOU need nurturing, too! Happy mama equals happy baby.

I'm a trained shamanic healer and offer personalised sessions including power soul retrieval, energy healing, sound healing and closing the bones ceremonies (only available in-person in Phuket).

I am also a hypnotherapist and EFT (emotional freedom technique) practitioner and can offer these services if appropriate for your needs.
